YOUR ROLE STAYS YOURS
Peer support brings its own knowledge, relationships, and lived experience. Here, MI skills offer another way to notice how you listen, share direction, and respond to what matters to the person beside you.
You can share a relevant experience, set a personal boundary, ask a direct question, or simply listen. The conversation does not have to end with agreement or a plan.

FEEDBACK YOU CAN USE
Practice for a short back-and-forth with a fictional AI partner. Choose quiet practice or brief cues, then review conversation counts, a short summary, and one point to carry forward.
Feedback focuses on your words and their MI purpose: listening, understanding, sharing direction, and preserving choice. You can question a cue and ask the coach to explain it.
BECOMING WITHIN YOUR WORK
Your lived experience, values and relationship with the person are part of the work. Intentional MI practice helps you consider when to share, how to preserve mutuality and how to leave room for a different path. Your boundaries, support and life outside the role matter, too.
